We personalize each treatment to your specific needs at time of treatment. Each treatment session may differ depending on your aches and pains. Our therapeutic massage may incorporate several different modalities, which may include (but not limited to) Myofascial Release, Trigger point therapy, Acupressure massage, Stretching and Reflexology. We also offer a list of add on services so you have the option to create the ultimate massage to help you relax, rejuvenate and renew while diminishing your muscular/joint aches and pains.
